Aunt Martha Experience
| I feel that I can say, without contradiction that ‘Aunt Martha’s is unique’It is a step back in time to 1897, the year of Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee. You are part of the upper echelons of Victorian society and treated accordingly. The staff all know their place and are treated accordingly, so do not be surprised. There are currently 4 areas in which you could dine, just click on the links. From the over 200 reviews on TripAdvisor I will let just two customers explain
Wonderful place, we visited for afternoon tea and were delighted. Service by the period costumed staff was faultless, and the food......!! All prepared on site and all superb. I didn't realise there were so many types of tea, take a chance and step away from 'English breakfast tea' you won't regret it.
If you are seeking quick food as provided by the 'chop houses' one finds in the larger towns and cities or those establishments run by businessmen from the United States of America, then you will need to go elsewhere.
If however you wish to savour your food in a congenial atmosphere then such a welcome awaits you at Aunt Martha's
