At Aunt Martha's the savoury choices receive as much attention as do the sweet when it comes to 'looking good enough to eat'. Each week the kitchen staff sweet & savoury teams vie to create their offering into the week's a la carte menu. As you might expect there is always a good selection ranging from the 'Prince of Wales' and 'Knight of the Garter' which are our versions of a Welsh Rarebit to the more substantial Countryman's Platter and the Saxe-Coburg Afternoon Tea.
My Head Chef, Andre Pierre, makes the most of the opportunity to display his excellent skills of decoration with his fine tasty desserts and traditional cakes.
